As the third child of a traditional farming family of 6, I grew up in central Germany close to Frankfurt. After training as a restaurant specialist and graduating from hotel management school, I was soon drawn to the IT industry. In Hamburg, I studied business informatics (M.Sc.) and worked in various global companies in the logistics industry. Due to a sports injury, I deepened my meditation practices and developed an interest in traditional Chinese medicine. In 2018, I subsequently opened a school for Asian martial arts, yoga, tai chi and energy theory (as an addition to my day job).
I passed my exam for a license as a German healing practitioner for psychotherapy in May 2023. Initiation into Reiki Level 1 and 2 in March and June 2022. In addition to training in ‘Identity-Oriented Psycho-trauma Theory’ (November 2022), I am a certified EMDR therapist (November 2024) and trauma coach according to Tim Fletcher (January 2025). In addition to (psycho)therapeutic work, I also offer energy work and spiritual healing.
